Caden joined Agenda in 2024 as an Associate Advisor. In this role, Caden identifies synergies between healthcare business owners and the current demands in the market. Caden educates potential clients on market conditions, assists them in receiving an accurate valuation of their business, and works with Senior Advisors and Senior Directors to serve as a main point of contact for his client through Agenda’s transaction process, ensuring efficiency in the process the entire way.
Caden is currently studying at Texas A&M University, where he will graduate with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Finance. At Texas A&M, he is involved in a college ministry called STUMO and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Outside of Agenda and school, Caden enjoys playing basketball, spending time outdoors, playing his guitar, and cherishing moments with his friends and family.

Tiffany joined Agenda Health in June 2025 as an M&A Advisor, bringing more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, sales, and client management. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and is known for her ability to connect with people through empathy, attentive listening, and clear communication. Clients appreciate her approachable style and the trust she builds throughout the process of exploring ownership transitions.
Her background spans leadership, client advising, and personal coaching, equipping her with a unique ability to listen empathetically, communicate clearly, and build long-term trust with clients and colleagues alike. At Agenda, Tiffany works across multiple healthcare sectors, supporting owners who are considering exit strategies or looking to step back from day-to-day operations, while ensuring their legacy and priorities remain central.
Tiffany holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Iowa and will begin her MBA program in the winter of 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and walking with her Rhodesian Ridgeback/Doberman mix, spending time with her large family, and taking road trips with her husband.

Pierce joined Agenda Health in 2025 as an M&A Advisor, where he connects healthcare business owners with buyers and investors who share their mission and values. With a background in finance and sales, Pierce brings a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic thinking, and financial analysis — combining the precision of investment banking with a genuine, people-first approach.
A proud Texas Christian University (TCU) graduate with a degree in Finance, Pierce is originally from Denver, Colorado, and is passionate about helping owners navigate the next chapter of their business journey with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Pierce enjoys lifting, running, and training for an Ironman — drawing parallels between endurance training and the discipline required to see complex deals through from start to finish.

With over 22 years of experience in residential real estate, Kysten brings a deep understanding of the human and financial dimensions of business ownership to her role as an M&A Advisor at Agenda Health. Prior to joining Agenda in 2025, she served as a Senior Advisor with an investment bank, where she guided diverse clients through complex transactions with strategic insight and discretion.
Throughout a career built on helping individuals and families navigate life-changing decisions, Kysten developed a keen appreciation for the personal considerations that drive major transactions. Today, she leverages this experience to guide mission-driven business owners through the sale process with empathy, strategic insight, and a focus on preserving the legacy of the organizations they’ve built. Recognizing that selling a company—especially one rooted in purpose and service—goes beyond numbers, Kysten prioritizes understanding the personal motivations, values, and goals of each client to create outcomes that honor both their vision and their future.
When not guiding healthcare business owners, Kysten enjoys everything Austin has to offer. She loves hiking, cooking, traveling, live music and exploring new restaurants. She is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of two.

Callie joined Agenda Health in 2026 as an Administrative Assistant, where she partners with the executive team to uphold the highest standards of client care and organizational responsiveness. She provides comprehensive support across calendar management, task coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations — enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Agenda Health, Callie gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, where she contributed to her team through invoicing, event planning, scheduling, and process improvement. Known for her people-first approach, Callie brings a proactive mindset and a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
Callie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a specialization in Nonprofit Management. Outside of work, she enjoys running half marathons, playing soccer, and spending time in nature.

Hunter joined Agenda in 2026 as a Transaction Associate, where he works with founders and operators across the healthcare landscape to navigate the complexities of the process. He supports business owners in evaluating strategic alternatives, understanding the value of their practice, and executing transactions designed to achieve their long-term personal and financial goals.
Prior to joining Agenda, Hunter worked in veterinary healthcare advising privately owned practices pursuing partnerships with strategic buyers. During his time in the industry, he gained valuable experience in financial analysis, transaction execution, and guiding practice owners through the various stages of a sale process.
Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University, with a minor in Real Estate Finance and a concentration in Biomedicine. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time on his family farm, trying new golf courses, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Anthony J. Naranja is the Managing Director of Oral Health at Agenda Health, where he leads the firm’s oral health advisory practice. He partners with founders, dental service organizations (DSOs), specialty groups, dental laboratories, manufacturers, healthcare technology companies, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth, recapitalizations, partnerships, and succession planning.
Anthony brings more than 25 years of experience across the oral healthcare industry as a clinician, entrepreneur, operator, executive leader, advisor, and investor. Over the course of his career, he has built, scaled, and advised organizations ranging from private practices to multi-site platforms—helping leadership teams sharpen operational performance, develop their people, accelerate growth, and create lasting enterprise value. That blend of clinical insight and business leadership allows him to understand the decisions facing oral health owners from the inside, because he has spent his career making them himself.
Prior to joining Agenda Health, Anthony held executive leadership roles within some of the largest and fastest-growing organizations in oral healthcare, and has advised both founder-led and private equity-backed companies on growth strategy, operational excellence, and value creation. Having personally navigated the work of building, operating, growing, and transforming businesses, he serves as a trusted, relationship-driven advisor at exactly the moments that matter most.

Ryan joined Agenda Health in 2026 as a Transaction Analyst, where he works alongside founders and operators across the healthcare landscape to navigate the complexities of the transaction process. In his role, Ryan assists in valuation modeling, generating investor packages, industry research, and overseeing the general management of the deal process from valuation to closing.
Prior to joining Agenda, Ryan gained experience at an alternative investment asset manager in Chicago through a rotational leadership program, where he developed exposure to underwriting sponsor-backed transactions and interacting with founders and sponsors.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Dayton. Outside of the office, Ryan is an avid Chicago sports fan, enjoys hitting the golf course, and can often be found outside with a good book in hand.

Chris Suscha is a seasoned corporate development executive with deep expertise in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and business growth.
He has extensive experience driving M&A and business development for healthcare organizations, including serving as Vice President of Business Development at National Veterinary Associates and Senior VP roles focused on practice growth and transactions. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey and Deloitte & Touché, where he specialized in M&A advisory, PE financings, corporate restructuring and financial strategy.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Beloit College and an MBA from Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Courtenay joined Agenda Health in April 2026, bringing a healthcare background of 20+ years spanning business development, practice acquisitions, physician relations, and clinical patient care. Her experience on the buy-side across multiple companies gives her a unique perspective to support healthcare business owners through the complex process of selling their business and help them achieve the best possible outcome for their future.
Prior to Agenda Health, she spent 14 years at WellStar Health System in the Atlanta area, holding progressive roles with the last 5 years focused on practice acquisitions. She then served for 7 years as VP and Director of Business Development for private equity-backed AQUA Dermatology, QualDerm Partners, and Unified Women’s Healthcare, where she led and facilitated numerous transactions from start to finish. Most recently, she gained hospice industry experience as an Account Executive with Optum.
Courtenay holds a B.S. in Health Administration from Auburn University, a B.S. in Radiologic Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an M.B.A. from Auburn University. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, and having lived in Atlanta for over 25 years, Courtenay now resides in Fairhope, AL, with her husband. They have three grown children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, being on the water, cooking and horseback riding.

Greyson joined Agenda Health in 2026 as a Transactions Analyst, where he partners with founders and operators across the healthcare landscape to navigate the complexities of the M&A and transaction process. In this role, Greyson supports valuation analysis, financial modeling, industry and company research, and the development of marketing and presentation materials. He also plays an active role in managing the deal process from valuation through close.
Prior to joining Agenda, Greyson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University, where he was a four-year student-athlete and one-year captain of the Men’s Soccer team.
Outside the office, Greyson enjoys golfing, skiing, and following Colorado sports.
