Shivani Parepally joined Agenda’s Transactions Team in 2025. With prior experience in industrial, technology, and consumer mergers & acquisitions, she brings a well-rounded set of experience into the healthcare M&A realm and looks forward each day to supporting those who have devoted their lives to serving others.
Shivani graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where she earned degrees in Business Honors (CBHP) and Finance and was privileged to serve as the Commencement Speaker for the college. During her time at UT, she interned at several M&A and private equity firms, including Austin Growth Capital, Thrive Pet Healthcare, and Rothschild & Co. After graduation, she moved to New York City to pursue her childhood dream of living in Manhattan while working in Consumer M&A at Financo Raymond James. Following a demanding Wall Street chapter, she took time to solo backpack across Southeast Asia, became a certified yoga teacher, and worked as a digital nomad at a startup before returning to Austin, where she now resides.
Beyond her professional career, Shivani is pursuing a Master’s in Indian Classical Dance & Philosophy and teaches weekly dance classes for elementary school girls. She is passionate about service, reading, dance, spending time with loved one, travel, and discovering new places

Rosemary joined Agenda Health in 2024 and currently serves as Partner Manager, where she leads the development of the firm’s referral partner program and supports the growth of strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. She also contributes to recruiting efforts across Agenda’s internal teams.
Prior to joining Agenda Health, Rosemary was a Healthcare Client Solutions Research Manager at GLG, an expert network, where she helped public-sector clients make informed decisions by connecting them with leading healthcare industry experts. She studied Public Health at Texas A&M University.
Outside of the office, Rosemary enjoys sewing, being on the water, leading a YoungLife group at UT, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Ashley joined the Agenda Health team in January of 2024. As an Administrative Specialist, Ashley is involved in a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of Agenda. These include facilitating agreements between the firm and clients, maintaining client and transaction data in the company CRM, and more.
Ashley graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Elementary Education and taught second and fifth grade students in Raleigh, North Carolina. She and her husband now reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys investing in the life of her local church. She also likes trying new recipes, working on puzzles, and spending time outdoors doing activities such as hiking and kayaking.

Sarah joined Agenda in 2025 as an Administration Specialist, where she supports the firm’s daily operations through a range of behind-the-scenes responsibilities, including assisting with client agreements and maintaining accurate client and transaction data in the CRM. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Agenda, Sarah worked in the real estate development industry, where she supported a real estate developer with administrative operations and social media management. In that role, she managed day-to-day administrative tasks while also creating and coordinating content for social media accounts, helping maintain a consistent online presence and brand voice.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active through regular workouts, traveling, trying new restaurants, and embracing new experiences whenever possible.

Callie joined Agenda Health in 2026 as an Administrative Assistant, where she partners with the executive team to uphold the highest standards of client care and organizational responsiveness. She provides comprehensive support across calendar management, task coordination, and day-to-day administrative operations — enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Agenda Health, Callie gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, where she contributed to her team through invoicing, event planning, scheduling, and process improvement. Known for her people-first approach, Callie brings a proactive mindset and a natural ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
Callie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, with a specialization in Nonprofit Management. Outside of work, she enjoys running half marathons, playing soccer, and spending time in nature.

Ashlynn joined Agenda Health in 2025 as a Marketing and Research Analyst. In her role, she focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads across multiple healthcare verticals, supporting the firm’s outreach process, and contributing to the growth of Agenda’s deal pipeline. She enjoys the challenge of research and the opportunity to identify businesses and owners who stand to have success is today’s market, helping lead to life-changing outcomes for our clients.
Ashlynn is originally from Austin and recently moved back after graduating from Texas A&M University, where she earned her degree in Telecommunication Media Studies with a minor in Business. Before joining Agenda, she gained experience in freelance marketing and content creation, supporting small businesses with brand strategy and digital outreach.
Outside of work, Ashlynn enjoys spending time on the lake, shopping, and traveling.

Dutch joined Agenda Health in 2016 and brought with him over two decades of experience in market research and analysis, growth capital, and deal sourcing from his time as team leader of R&D at Chevron Chemical. His proven track record of results in strategic planning, project management, and customer satisfaction leads to repeat business and trusting relationships. Dutch thrives as an advisor on our team demonstrating collaborative leadership, multi-task management, account management and organizational abilities. His negotiating and conflict resolution skills assist clients in an end-to-end process resulting in a “win-win” experience for all stakeholders. Since retiring as a minister, Dutch now devotes all his time to the Agenda Team and providing genuine service to ensure successful customer satisfaction.
Dutch attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, where he earned his degree in structural steel and pipe design drafting. After 28 years with Chevron Chemical, he attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he graduated with the title of Licensed Minister and went on to serve as a pastor in the Louisiana United Methodist Conference for 18 years.
Dutch is married to his wife Peggy, and together they celebrate a family of five children and nine grandchildren. He is the founder of the “God’s Warriors” men’s ministry, which is a Christian fellowship to help men strive toward a balanced life with Christ and life in today’s society. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.

Steven joined Agenda Health in 2025 and serves as a Senior M&A Advisor. With a passion for building relationships and connecting with people, he thrives on guiding business owners through the complex and deeply personal decisions involved in selling a business. Leveraging his background in operations and revenue cycle management, he not only helps owners maximize the value of their company during a sale but also consults with them on strategies to streamline operations and drive growth ahead of a potential exit.
Prior to Agenda Health, he previously served in the military as a strategic operations leader in the Army Medical Department as well as held previous roles as a VP of healthcare consulting firms and specialized in revenue cycle management. Steven previously owned and operated a boutique buy side M&A firm for small to mid-market healthcare provider practices and earned his MBA at University of Texas.
Outside of Agenda Health, Steven is married to his wife Ashley, and they have 5 children who are all active in youth sports. Steven can be found coaching youth sports or in the stands cheering each of his kids in sporting events.

David joined Agenda Health in 2022. David is involved in lead generation, deal management, and client advising services. He enjoys connecting with business owners, working to understand their specific values and goals for the future, and helping them find buyers that recognize and share those values.
David holds dual degrees from the University of Miami (FL) in multimedia journalism and music. His experiences prior to Agenda are diversified across a variety of industries, including marketing, copywriting, publishing, music and accounting. He now resides in Nashville, TN with his wife, Madison, and their four children, where he also has the privilege of serving as a teacher in their local homeschooling community. David enjoys books, games and still listening to his pretty decent CD collection.

Christy is an M&A advisor with a passion for client advising services, deal management, strategic planning, and relationship building. With a background in sales and a degree in Business Communication, she brings years of experience helping business owners navigate the complex and exciting journey of selling or growing their companies.
A former small business owner for over 15 years, Christy understands firsthand the heart and hustle behind entrepreneurship. She’s deeply committed to her clients’ success and loves walking alongside them as they plan their next chapter.
Christy lives in Houston, Texas with her husband Ky. They have three kids—one in college, one working and thriving in New York City, and one still at home keeping things fun and lively. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at her son’s football games or hitting the pickleball court with her family.

Thomas joined Agenda Health in March 2021, bringing several years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, he served on the Corporate Legal and Operations team at Paul Davis Restoration, where he led the company’s M&A strategy. His responsibilities included defining acquisition criteria, conducting valuation analyses, and managing purchase and sale agreements through handoff with the finance team for post-transaction planning.
At Agenda Health, Thomas focuses on lead generation, deal management, and advising clients throughout the full transaction process. His primary expertise lies in the home health/home care and Behavioral Health, and he plays a key role in expanding Agenda’s reach to healthcare clients across the country.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Political Science/Public Policy and an M.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Duke University, where he was also a member of the football team. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with wife, spending time with his two little girls – Townes and Talbot, serving at his local church, and attending sporting events. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Thomas is a proud and passionate Jacksonville Jaguars fan.

Jay joined the Agenda team in May of 2023. As a M&A advisor he has a passion for serving people with integrity. He knows every client is different, he works to find out how he can best serve them and their future goals.
Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University. He and his family reside in Florida. Prior to relocating back to the Sunshine State, he and his family spent the prior 8 years in Boston planting churches. He is still very involved in church planting in the Horizon West area of Central Florida. Jay is married to his wife Holly and has 5 kids. In his free time Jay can be found coaching, traveling, and enjoying Boston Sports.
